SUP Yoga is a fantastic new mind/body fitness trend that has taken the world by storm and available right here in beautiful Lake Wanaka!

Join our professional yoga instructors and create balance in your body through strength and flexibility.

Our classes include a diverse range of poses all whilst floating on water in our beautiful outdoor environment!

All of the gear is included – a SUP, paddle, a personal flotation device and the anchor to keep the boards in place.

Yoga on water really adds another dimension to firing up those core muscles!

SUP Yoga Starting this Saturday 10th December!!

Classes will run each MON & SAT at 8AM. Meet at the Wanaka Waterfront, opposite the corner of Dungarvon & Ardmore Streets.

Bookings required ahead of time by calling 0800 926 925 to speak with one of our team.

Great for beginners or well seasoned yogis.

Price is $35pp or bring your own board for $25. Locals discount $30pp – proof of Wanaka residence required.
